What is a TQ ID, and how does it work?
A TQ ID is your unique, secure identity for accessing Terra Quantum products and services. With your TQ ID login, you authenticate to TQ42 Studio apps like Qode Engine and QAI HUB, but also get access to license keys (TQChem, if applicable). We take your personal data security very seriously at Terra Quantum, and by registering your TQ ID profile you can be assured that the highest standard of data governance and standard-compliant protections are in play.
Who can manage users and permissions?
Admin and multi-user management are only available under Enterprise and Academic plans. If you're on a Starter or Pro plan, you will only have access to your Personal Organization.
How do I invite users to my Enterprise/Academic organization?
Admins can invite users via the Admin Dashboard, assigning them a TQ ID for access to TQ42 Studio. Admins can also stipulate user roles and permissions during the invite process. Users will receive an email to activate their account.
How do I remove a user from my organization?
Admins can limit or revoke user access to their organization immediately, via the Admin Dashboard. If the user is managing any license keys for Terra Quantum products, these would also be revoked at this time.
