What subscription plans does TQ42 Studio offer?

How do credits work?
Credits are consumed during usage and correlate to compute time expended during the processing of experiments or job runs. Each subscription plan includes a set number of credits per billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via credit card. If you require an alternative payment method (such as bank transfer for enterprise accounts), please contact our support team.
How does billing work for subscriptions?
Subscriptions are billed monthly, and payments are taken from your linked payment method. You will receive an invoice via email for each billing cycle.
Can I upgrade my subscription?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time by reaching out to our team via LiveChat or on support@terraquantum.swiss. Once a new plan terms are agreed, the changes will take effect immediately and your new billing cycle will reflect the updated plan.
What happens if I use up all my credits before the end of my billing cycle?
If you run out of credits, you can top up credits anytime using a credit card. This allows you to continue using Qode Engine and QAI Hub without interruption.
