How do I log in to TQ42 Studio?
You can log in using your TQ ID and password at Terra quantum .
Can I stay logged in on my device?
Yes! When logging in, select "Remember me" to stay signed in without repeated authentication. This applies unless you log out manually or clear your browser cookies.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password via email.
Can I log in from the Python SDK or CLI?
Yes! You can start the TQ ID login flow directly from the Python SDK or CLI by running the following commands:
Python SDK: client.login()
CLI: tq42 auth login
Does TQ42 Studio support 2FA?
Yes! We highly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for extra security. To do so, go to Account Settings > Security, select Enable 2FA, and follow the setup instructions using an Authenticator App. You can also disable 2FA via your Account Settings, though we encourage you to observe any organizational policies that may be in force, however.
Is Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) required for all users?
Two-Factor Authentication is available to all users on our platform. While it is not essential, we do encourage all users to adopt 2FA, which provides enhanced security at log in.
Can I terminate my account?
Yes, you can terminate your account at any time. Please contact us on support@terraquantum.swiss with your request and we’ll action this as quickly as possible.
