Terra Quantum ID (TQID) is your account for securely accessing Terra Quantum products and services.
This guide explains how to create an account, sign in, manage your account and resolve common login issues.
If you're new to Terra Quantum, you'll need to register for an account.
Visit the TQID login page.
Select Sign up.
Enter your email address and follow the registration instructions.
Check your inbox for a verification email.
Follow the verification link to confirm your email address.
Once your account is verified, you can sign in to Terra Quantum.
Visit auth.terraquantum.io.
Enter your registered email address and select Continue.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete authentication.
Once signed in, you can access the Terra Quantum application switcher.
From here, you can navigate to available products and services, including:
Qode Engine, QAI Hub and Cryptography — access Terra Quantum products.
Licenses — view and manage your product licences.
My Account — access your account settings.
Help Center — find guidance and support.
Available options may vary depending on your account permissions.
If you've forgotten your password:
Visit the TQID login page.
Enter your registered email address and select Continue.
Select Reset Password.
Follow the instructions sent to your email address.
Sign in using your updated password.
I haven't received my verification email.
Check your spam or junk folder.
Confirm you're using the correct email address.
Allow a few minutes for the email to arrive.
Request a new verification email if the option is available.
I can't sign in.
Check that you're using your registered email address.
Try resetting your password.
Try accessing the login page in a private or incognito browser window.
If the issue persists, contact support.
I can sign in, but I can't access a product.
Access to individual Terra Quantum products may depend on your licence or account permissions.
Open the application switcher.
Check your available products and licences.
