Overview & Getting Started

Discover ClearVu Intelligence, explore available interfaces and integrations, and find the resources you need to get started.

ClearVu Intelligence (CVI) is Terra Quantum's analytics and optimisation platform, designed to help users build predictive models, explore parameter spaces and optimise solutions.

CVI supports reproducible analytical workflows and integrates automated machine learning into engineering and operational processes.

This guide introduces the available interfaces and explains how to get started.

1. Choose How to Use CVI

CVI is available through several interfaces and integrations, depending on your requirements.

Interface

Description

Python Interface

Build, automate and integrate predictive modelling and optimisation workflows using Python.

Graphical Interface (GUI)

Configure and execute analytical workflows visually without writing Python code.

Ansys optiSLang Plugin

Use CVI AutoML directly within Ansys optiSLang to automate predictive model training, evaluation and selection.

Excel Plugin

Connect spreadsheet-based inputs and outputs with CVI's analytical capabilities.

ClearVu Design Spaces

Access predefined or customised analytical workflows tailored to specific applications and industries.

Availability and licensing requirements may vary depending on the interface.

2. Check Prerequisites

Before installing CVI, ensure your environment meets the relevant software requirements.

Python Interface

  • Compatible Windows or Linux environment.

  • Python 3.8 or newer, according to the existing installation documentation.

  • Access to the relevant Python package distribution.

CVI AutoML for Ansys optiSLang

  • Ansys optiSLang 26.1 installed.

  • Compatible Windows or Linux environment.

  • Access to the appropriate CVI AutoML installation package.

Compatibility with other optiSLang versions has not been validated.

Other Interfaces

Requirements for the GUI, Excel plugin and Design Spaces may vary. Refer to the relevant technical documentation for compatibility and dependencies.

3. Download & Install CVI

Installation depends on the interface you're using.

Python Interface

CVI is distributed as a Python package.

For installation instructions, package dependencies and environment configuration, refer to the CVI Documentation.

Some software packages and resources may require additional access permissions.

4. Get & Activate Your Licence

CVI requires a valid licence before use.

For security reasons, licence keys are made available through the Terra Quantum licensing portal. A verified Terra Quantum ID (TQID) account is required to access your licence.

To get started:

  1. Sign in or create your TQID.

  2. Complete email verification if you're creating a new account.

  3. Visit the Terra Quantum Licensing Portal.

  4. Retrieve your CVI licence key.

  5. Follow the activation instructions for your selected interface.
